Red,
I think the small caps are going to turn around first. They have been in this downtrend for many months now. I noticed many that I have hardly down at all today. I wont sell my GE, as it is in a drip, and I religiously add to it every month. I feel the blue chips have just begun their downtrend.....The bigger they are, the harder they will fall, there will be many bargains for our shopping days! :)
