Here is the full write up on Chapter 11. I was going to copy the whole page and post it here, but why waste SI's hard drive space with this much info. I'll just post the link and maybe each of us can take turns cutting and pasting only the relevant information i.e. time frames, assets that will be put up for sale etc. get into a worthwhile discussion here, as I believe that agti is down but not out.

I told many people I thought the stock would head to half a cent , not because I hated the company, but because I was being realistic.

This Chapter 11 will allow AGTI to come out of the ashes in the next 12 months or so.

This is a whole new stock. Everything that happened before June 30th, is irrelevant. You all have to look at this as a stock that you own that you bought at half a cent with the chance it could make something of itself after a chapter 11.

I'm not sure if this one will drop all the way to a .001/.003. It very well could because I know most investors are impatient. I'm playing it this way.
