IMO, before Troymin, Montello and New Claymore start gaining some strength is when drilling rumors start or if Ashton starts taking off again as it did during the early part of 1997. Ashton was trading at $1.50 in Jan 97 and slowly moved up to the high of $8.05 in May 97.
Contrary what many mining analysts, newsletter writers, lurkers, some posters believe, Ashton is not dead until 1999. IMO and I still stand by remarks I have made on this thread that 1998 is when positions should be picked for Ashton and project status and progress will be available in 1998 on K14 and other pipes. A few analysts also think that no drilling is planned this fall. IMO, this is incorrect. Ashton, Debeers, and Kennecott will be drilling new targets this fall. Maybe, as early as eight weeks from now...gotta go to bed...<g> talk to you tomorrow.

regards
Frank
