This has been a momentum market for some time now.

Momentum is a good answer but what about EPS and future growth.
The way I see it with the current price. The street is expecting Saddler to step down or the EPS to drop. The street doesn't think Geac can grow without Saddler and therefore no future growth and increase EPS.

If by chance Geac scoops up a fairly large US company which I understand they want to do to get a US listing then in MHO I would expect the share price to jump up.
