Apple has 10.4% of Japan's pc market, the first two are Japanese firms, IBM is #3, while Apple is #4 with 0.3% distance from IBM. Tomorrow's(August 28th in US, 29th in Japan) the first day iMac will be available in Japan's market. I think Apple will regain some market share from iMac sales volume in that country and get back to #3 in the second half of '98. nikkei.co.jp Phil
