Cliff--we already know that those prior PRs were more fluff than substance, but we do know that there is a product that is or will be fully operational. The strategy of the company has changed and MS is being much more careful with the PR--and I know you will agree that this is good. Focus more on the present--leave the past behind and let's go forward.

I agree, however, with you that I wish more had been stated or released about the increased shares. Someone recently revealed that the capitalization today is somewhat on par with the capitalization when it was a $7 stock (I think I'm right). So--this is an issue that must be clarified with management--and I find MS's response that the authorized shares cannot be breached by management until the audit is completed rather perplexing, unless there has already been a resolution, but the amendment not filed with the state. I get the feeling that it is going to be increased, hopefully it won't result in dilution.

Just remember, and I've got a lot of stock in this company, that management can play games too with respect to the value of the company. We know what MMs will do, we need to know what management will do as well. Do you think they have an exit strategy?

I like you Cliff as well as everyone else. And I think Ariella's an info babe.

One good thing about the internet--look at all the teamwork and information that is being exchanged by shareholders. This will keep management on their toes.
