Thats exactly why I am shorting this stock...That is a PR news release from the company...not from S&P...The company inferred it is an upgrade by comparing the S&P rating to the Moody's rating...that is incorrect and they know it....S&P and Moody's use different criteria in deriving their ratings ....In reality the ratings are more of a wash...than an upgrade.
