They may not get their news until next week. You could always go long the Sri Lanka Franca. Certainly a better bet than that belt. So evidently the poor guy didn't have sex the previous 24 hours either or he was really dumb. Either way a Darwin nominee, though maybe too late. He had 6 kids.
