Opal April, your name is listed in various internet list. I was just kidding when I said I thought you were Mr. Pril. Seriously, in another life and in another country, another company, I was called by two people that were part of a group that wanted to oust the board of directors. They woke me at about 4 a.m. I kept them talking to run up their long distance bill but in spite of my best efforts they were successful. My point? Under certain conditions one can get access to stockholders list. You probably need a lawyer or just know what your rights are to obtain access. This of course does not explain why they would have the number of shares wrong.

BTW with $40 million in cash at XOMA at current prices it would take only about $40 million net to buy the company. Of course if one wanted to continue to operate the company one would have to spend the $40 million obtained in a takeover. The only thing that helps thwart a takeover is that many other companies are also cheap now.
