Rick, this perhaps is not the proper forum but while I understand the lament about biotech stocks I am unable to understand why you do not believe the F.D.A. insistence on determination of drug efficiency as well as safety is not one of the major causes of the decline in this industry sector. What do you see as the solution to reducing the cost of clinical trials? How will biotechs raise capital in a bear or even non bull market?
