Laser,, I notice everyone one here jumps to certain conclusions about the justifications for waging war. < not under the oppressive rule of a dictator. Sometimes one has to fight to defend these freedoms that we take for granted. > The US, IMHO has no problem with most oppressive dictators that I can see, quite the contrary seems to be the case in most instances. Even Saddam was ok in their books for quite some time. I guess I would fight to defend the freedom that I enjoy, however I would not wish to go offshore to kill because of some hyped up BS to help a corporate agenda. The imagined threat of anyone attacking the US is mostly just that, again IMHO. Yes , I like living here, but I was born here and like the vast majority of humans I suppose that is by far the main reason that I live here.
