Ron,

DSWLF has fallen a bit dramatically. Given the high dividends,
I can't imaging the prices are at this level. I can only come
to one conclusion why the price is so low. Investors are afraid
that the dividends will be cut and we can expect bad news next
quarter. Because of your talks with Mr. Lau, I wonder if you
have any insight on how much DSWLF will earn next quarter? If
DSWLF maintains it's earnings around 50 cents, DSWLF will not
cut its dividend. DSWLF is also flush with cash, if earnings
drop dramatically, do you think the dividends will be cut or
will DSWLF maintain earnings with its horde of cash? I hope
you can give me an answer quickly with some certainty. I know
it's all guess work but I need some thoughts before I follow
my gut feelings.

P.S. Is the dividend still 50 cents semiannually?
