Thanks for the info, and thanks for sending an immediate letter to the SEC. I'll do the same.

It's obvious that AGTI was truly on its final gasps of life, prior to the reverse split and immediately following. All the talk -- no, all the HYPE -- about buyouts and so forth was just wishful thinking. Worse yet, those posters who seemed to have "inside" info on the buyout subject: where'd they get this info? It smells like deliberate and misleading "leaks" to me, designed to jazz the stock price one final time. The issuance of tens of millions of shares over the last several weeks, Reg S and so forth, was desperate and ill-conceived. It's a real shame and one final slap in the face to existing shareholders. As you point out in your letter, it also looks very contrived.
