the new ratio is .80

that would put CIEN up 50% from the close

lets assume that TLAB drops 10% on this news from 57.80 to 52.00
so .8 is 41.625

then lets toss in a 10% discount for time and uncertainty and the "pissed off" factor from the last debacle

so my guess is we see CIEN in the 36-40 area

still a 20% give or take up from the close
