I talked to Mr. Keimer yesterday. He says he is not with the company but he has contacts with them. He said he can't see them coming with earnings in the next two weeks since the company has not been reporting for a few years and that he doesn't think they will come up with any major developments in the short term. He thinks that the number of outstanding and float is approx. 10MM and 700k although he can't confirm these are the actual numbers.
