RELT Changed to RIMC---It looks like we are on our way to the top with this one...
Here is their last press release:Lew Shapiro has joined Reliant Interactive Media Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: RIMC - news), a public company traded on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol, ''RIMC,'' as Executive Vice-President and Chief Merchandising Officer.

In his new post, Shapiro will oversee e-commerce development and merchandise offerings for the Clearwater, FL, company, which specializes in multimedia marketing. His initial task involves getting the company's new web shopping site, CigarNow.com, up and running. While the site will initially focus on cigar-related products and accessories, Shapiro sees it gradually evolving into a lifestyle e-commerce site catering to those living, and those aspiring to live, an affluent lifestyle.

Shapiro brings nearly 25 years of merchandising experience to his new position.

For the last four years, he worked as the Vice-President and General Merchandising Manager of America's Health Network, developing electronic retailing and e-commerce merchandising strategies for the Orlando, FL, cable television network. Prior to his move to Orlando, Shapiro was the Senior Vice-President and General Manager of Lerner Catalog, a division of The Limited, Inc. His mix of electronic and print media experience makes him invaluable to his new company, a venture run by infomercial pioneers Tim and Kevin Harrington.

Reliant Interactive Media's multimedia approach to marketing stirs Shapiro's passions. The company uses a mix of television, web-based e-commerce, print, radio and catalogs to drive sales. ''I'm excited about bringing my electronic retailing experience to bear on this project,'' he says. ''We want our site to be the world's foremost e-commerce destination for affluent shoppers, offering them the products they most desire through a mix of media that makes it easy for them to buy.''

In another move aimed at bolstering its in-house talent, Home Shopping Network veteran Mel Arthur also inked a deal with the Clearwater-based firm.

Arthur loves to sell, and his track record, which approaches almost $1 billion in sales, proves it. This world-class salesman brings his technical expertise to bear on promoting Reliant Interactive Media's Internet shopping site, CigarNow.com.

For the last eight years, Arthur has been selling everything from health and beauty aids to precious stones to hi-tech personal computers for the Home Shopping Network, the St. Petersburg-based giant of electronic retailing. His accomplishments, which include the sales of $2.7 million of PCs in just 32 minutes of TV time, are the envy of the industry.

Arthur notes, ''Understanding why people buy, as well as why they don't is what sales is all about. Having a wonderful product is one thing. Marketing it properly is a whole different ball game.''

Good luck to all!
Willy
