"...is GOING to..."(???), my good man, it's a fait accompli, the court has ruled, those in question either have been, or are in the process of, being served.
They will have their alloted time, I believe 3 days, to cover.
Are you denial?
The MM's have to settle their ledger within 3-5 days from months end, so we will see some covering of the past few days shorting. Then those in question should have been served. Then we will watch as court ordered coverage begins.
You really should discover the status of the next 10KSB from AZNT, are you familiar with the phrase "icing on the cake"?
