I don't believe for a second that IBM would want to deal with
a company like OOL(loser)trading at 0.30 what a joke. Phil Speller(sewer rat)had been hyping this dog for his own financial gain on Investor's Digest. He also hyped BIV(A), stock is on the verge
of a reverse split. I'd be very careful with this old man's story
