I believe that 5 3/8 is probably the low. However, general economic conditions like we are now having could alter this opinion. I find the Russia situation troublesome and there is always the domino effect on other countries and their economies.

I trust that the panic selling has ended. I know I don't plan to sell anything I now own until prices rise.

CTEC appears to be a solid company that had one bad quarter. CTEC does not appear to have much Asia exposure (which is great), although it does some have some European exposure (I am not too worried about Europe exposure yet). I believe that this lack of any substantial overseas exposure is a huge plus at this time.
