If insiders would have bought this week, it will take some time for the info to be available to general public ... as usual, one judges by the last 2 days' relative strength and either decides to get in now for higher rewards, or let the stock go to 5.50 first, let some other positive news hit the street and buy at higher price, may be 6.50 and 7, and waits for it to hit 10 by year-end. Everyone's strategy would be different by definition depending on tolerance, goals etc. Imho, I see it as the absolute bottom, giveaway clearance price sale right now ~ 4. In all humility, it takes a lot of guts and background preparation to express such an opinion on a down day and sliding market like today. regards to all, -/Sonny.
