This was expected. I'm currently in DELL, AMZN, YHOO and AMGN puts and S&P puts.. I wish to send a special thanks to Jeff and Pierre for 'insisting' that I rebuy the dell puts this morning that I sold yesterday. Folks we might have a short term bottom here but DO NOT enter any long positions thinking you will get a bargain.. As I said before it is the buyers on dips that are the first to retreat in panic selling. Be smart, use any rally to buy puts. When the real rally sets in you should wait until its in its fourth or fifth day before thinking of doing anything more than a swing trade.

I've spent the morning reading the scores of e-mail I've been getting and come to the realization that psychologically lots of you have trouble buying puts or shorting stocks. Please if you are fearful then papertrade these indexes until you have more confidence or start with 1 or 1 puts. The market is not running away even the large cap have more downside...
