GOOD NEWS!!! While searching through free edgar, much to my amazement, I found that SLPW has filed a 10SB. Management must want to keep this a secret as no announcement was made as to the filing. However, this now qualifies SLPW as a reporting company & opens the door to new investor groups. Finally management has delivered on one of it's promises. Now, if it can only deliver on the rest of them, perhaps SLPW stock price will FINALLY start moving up again to reflect the value of it's terrific products. We shall see.
