Kirk, if Bob recommends a "gift horse buying opportunity" with all the problems that have surfaced in the world's markets, I'll take my hat off to him. Really takes guts...regardless how well one's timing model works. I think we will see a very positive, or very, very negative reaction in the markets...depending on how Yeltsin's speech is viewed.
