"They had a very successful meeting with a major brokerage firm. Over the next several weeks, they are going to be working very hard to try to finalize a sponsorship arrangement with this brokerage. The exciting aspect of all this is not only will this firm provide Jaws with a stable form of financing, they will also introduce Jaws to their Fortune 500 corporate customers. It is much more like a strategic alliance than one in which the brokerage is merely acting as a financier. They will also help them move to the NASDAQ Small Cap market." What is this financing? Does this mean their going to issue more shares? If so how will this dilution effect the JAWZ price? Robin
