Usually, There is something called a heirarchy: (sorry about the spelling for you English majors) Heirarchy: Shareholders: Who elect Board Members? Board Members: Who elect CEO! CEO : Who elect COO CFO so on and so One person cannot manipulate the company or the books. 4-5 people would have to be in on this BIG STING that Mr. Pink calls a fraud. Mr. Pink is probably 28-35 yrs old, who watched to much t.v. and is PRETENDING to uncover the biggest fraud of the 20th century. UNFORTUNATELY, we have a thing called REALITY, and he actually has a real name and he probably is a nobody except to friends and family! The internet is his way of dealing with his life and problems! Mr. Pink caused about 7-10 pts of damage if that, the rest, in case no one has noticed is a "bear market" or a sizeable correction.
