Richaaard - IBM is devoting a whole plant to XRL. Do you think they'd be doing that if they thought XRL would be short-lived? XRL has been around for awhile (using synchrotrons), and a less "cumbersome" XRL system, such as point source, would help it gain more widespread use as it would cost less (then synchrotrons) and take up much less space.

As part of the investment, IBM said it intends to equip its X-ray lithography facility with 300-mm wafer equipment. IBM believes X-ray lithography is a leading candidate for next-generation production of ICs.

If you're short JMAR, you're getting an opportunity to buy back at lower prices - thanks to the Russian situation. No need to come up with lame excuses to try to make the stock go down further.
