Good afternoon Frank,

I agree...although I wonder why they would do that? Had they done what they have been doing in the past, the bid would have dropped very quickly thus allowing them to pick up shares cheaper. Do you think that someone may have placed a large order at that price? Anyhow, given what has taken place in the Russel 2000(3000) lately, I'm not complaining by any means.
