D.C: The Franc has been stable; so currency fluctuations are not the cause. The likely possibility is that ALA wants to renegotiate better terms. TLAB/CIEN pooling is a case in point. However, in the case of DIGI that is too late. The share holders have already voted acceptance of the terms.

A very confusing pre-take over period for both stocks.
