I'm getting dispersed signs of a turn.. for example MSF, the Morgan Stanley Emerging Markets Fund, has put in a reversal day as have others. There's a sense of opportunity overcoming worry in many areas, even NEM has rallied on worries of Russian gold dumping. So many of the techs are trading as if they're out of business all together.
