Alistair, sorry it took so long to reply to you. But, you really got to do your DD. You are completely wrong, and I believe I am being tactfull. The "Partnership" is an old one and it was not announced as you claim. (Today, with the proliferation of quick news services on the Internet, there is really little excuse for missing this.)

TAVA is a good long-term investment based on its growing prospects and greatly improved fundamentals. The question now is whether companies can leverage their Y2K windfall into their on-going core business? TAVA can, will, and already has. It was part of their original strategy. Yes, this is a speculative position, but the upside is good and at current prices this stock is worthy of serious consideration.
