The only difference between DGIV and those companies is that they are listed. Well, there is one advantage to DGIV: smaller float :-)

The importance of being listed is that their SEC filings include details that can be verified by analysts, and the companies can be recommended to investors and bought by mutual funds and other institutional investors. If you notice, most of these companies are way down from their highs, so that when DGVI gets listed, and the analysis is done, the institutional buyers can decide for themselves whether they want one of those companies at 15-20 per share, or DGIV for 4-5-6, whatever the price might be at the time.

You want a real joke? Indosat, one of the premier global telecommunications companies, once trading at around $30 per share, is now down to $6 and change. Talk about oversold! I'm telling you, once this financial crisis is over there is a bundle going to be made on these undervalued and oversold companies. DGIV doesn't even have to wait for the financial crisis to be over, all we have to do is wait for the filings.
