Spoke with a George in Investor's Relations. I didn't have much time to talk or ask questions. Basically wanted to see if he could mail me a prospectus. Per George, his dept. is working on putting a prospectus together which should be available soon. I asked if QNET is working on becoming fully reporting and his reply is YES, the company's Law Dept. is working on that right now. No estimate on when this will happen. Overall I walked away with a positive impression of this brief conversation. Will try to find more time on Monday to call George. If anyone has any questions for QNET, let me know and I'll see if I can them answered for us. TWICK.
