OK, Coz, I will. Didn't have to look too far:

Post # 6, from - whadya know - Cosmo Daisey: "The scary part of this is Meyerson brokerage has large holdings and it seems their name always pops up in fraud cases."

Post # 14, from D. Parker: "This market maker has 700,000 shares long and another 400,000 under option...I wonder who is manipulating the price????"

Post # 19, from - well, how about that! - Cosmo Daisey: "DP, Just about every stock that M. H. Meyerson is involved in gets investigated by the SEC sooner or later. Their reputation with small stocks isn't good. They are constantly accused of selling short and manipulating the price lower to cover and have been found also to be selling short and covering with Reg S stock. The stock volume in the last two trading days is 1/2 the float with no price inrease (sic) on the large volume after the initial runup from .30 Where is the stock coming from? This stock sat for days with no trades and now it is trading a million a day, wher (sic) is the stock coming from?
I like the story and the Wall Mart (sic) connection but the Meyerson connection will keep any serious investors away from this stock."

Post # 30, from - amazing! - Cosmo Daisey: "DT, The move has happened already and this is how its done.
1. CEO discovers he will never be able to collect on his $500,000 loan to the company.
2. CEO in concert with market maker works out a plan.
3. CEO converts $500,000 debt to 500,000 shares of stock at $1 per share. The stock is at .25 so he looks like a hero.
4. MM manipulates the price higher with trading between accounts and the price is at 1.25.
5. Company releases great news with forward projections and even mentions they are taking on Dell (the arrogance astounds me)
6. SI site is started to bring attention to the stock either by chance or by a company promoter.
7. Suckers start buying the stock and the CEO sells to get his money from shareholders rather than earnings.
8. This stock was manipulated."
