Dead WRONG...They have no one to blame but Fidel Castro and all his supporters...If money was allowed to get into Cuba, their citizens wouldn't see one penny of it...That's what communism is all about, it would all go to the government and it's supporters. If you need proof, look at Castro's money, he was in the top 20 list of richest men on earth, why is his countrymen so poor? COMMUNISM! Communism is a means by which all men are treated EQUAL, in other words they will guarantee that a Dr will be as wealthy as bum.
