I agree, John:

>> I think the major difference we will see is that " The rising tide will not lift all the boats" as the DOW has done so far. The companies that will be successful will be the ones with innovative concepts and solid business plan and the leadership to carry the plan out. <<

The stock market "parade" of 20%+ gains has ended for now. That means only the BEST companies will be worthy of investing in. A microcap like DGIV has held up well in this broad-ranging Market debacle and it has done so without any boost from:
NEWS CONTRACTS & FINANCIALS. In the OTC sector, THAT IS UNHEARD OF.

As far as BIG BOARDS go, I was fortunate enough to be forced to sell 90% of my Big Board stocks at the beginning of the week (Thank You God!) because I am closing on some mountain property next week. (Yippee!) And I'm happy to say that it was only necessary to part with 1500 shares of DGIV (about a tenth of my total holdings) and I was even loathe to do THAT much.

In closing out my BIG portfolio, I was able to reap 50% gains on most of those stocks, point being, DGIV is worth at least a 100% gain from here once it gets rolling with the above NC&F. I feel SAFER being invested in DGIV at this time, than any Blue Chip and will wait & watch the rest of this year to selectively re-enter the Big Board market at the opportune time.

As Mark? said: "Now is the time to buy" (DGIV) because it is one of a handful of OTC's that has all the right ingredients of a good company:

1) Viable Product & Services
2) Good management & strong leadership
3) Good business strategy
4) good distribution channels overseas which will benefit from DGIV
5) Focus on a particular (overseas) sector
6) Financials imminent
7) loyal shareholders who believe in the company
