Read between the lines There has been a lot of talking about the 10 Q and other filings but it seems like we have all missed the boat. If we read between the lines one should ask themself the question "Why did ACTV turn down $ 5,000,000 offered to them ?" If I was cash strapped and somebody offered me a "nice chunck" of cash then I would not turn it down UNLESS I had a better deal. The paragraph in the text says ".... however, that if, on one occasion, an entity or its affiliate(s) which has a synergystic interest in that particular region (e.g. TCI, Liberty Media, Fox Sports Net, Cox, Comcast, Time Warner)provides the start-up capital for the 2nd Regional Network..." This should tell us all something. Also read from the Invitaiton to All Star Cafe the word "Preview" should indicate that the actual action is to follow. For ACTV to attract analysts from the investment socity at that meeting they will have to announce the "True story" the week prior. (Most of this is my opinion, but i'll bet that I am not far from the truth)
