I actually have an email into David Parkins at Netgateway regarding another issue. If you read the details of the consummation on the deal in the press release, you will notice that one of the requirements among the SEC filing and shareholder approval is one that simply says "Nasdaq listing". I emailed Dave to find out if NGWY needs to be listed before the deal can be done. This to me can be a delay because its seems that Nasdaq listings never happen as fast as the company would like. I'm sure they've been in the process for awhile though (I hope). I also asked if the listing has to be the National Market or if it can be a Nasdaq Small Cap listing. I'll let you know anything I find out. I saw the price increase. If ADMR and NGWY go up I'm real happy because I then have the option of selling ADMR for a profit or holding and making money of NGWY.
