Sean, Well Ms. Nancy Boyd of FPAM Shareholder Relations did send me a copy of FPAM's By Laws-thanks. As suspected the By-Laws require a majority of shareholders of FPAM to call a meeting.

I waited a couple of days and called Ms. Boyd back and asked for a list of major FPAM shareholders with addresses/telephone numbers os that I could try and organize a meeting. Ms. Boyd said that she could not give me the list but would check with the bankruptcy attorneys.

I pointed out that the bankruptcy attorneys have nothing to do with calling a shareholder meeeting in order to consider FPAM's Plan of Reorganization which gave the corproate death sentence to the common shareholders.

Ms. Boyd said that she would get back to me the next day of tuesday. Well, hre it is friday afternoon and n reposnse from Ms. Boyd (whose number is 305-513-7126 BTW). Well I am now becoming irritated becasue it appears that FPAM is intentionally trying to keep me from calling that meeting. I called this afternoon twice, got her recorder and left messages asking for the list of major shareholders once more.....

Sincerely,

Doug F.
