Nice little OSX uptick at the close to finish only slightly down for the down. Small victories. I noticed a bunch of buys (at the ask) after the close. The following are some I noticed: FGII - 24,400 shares, EVI - 79,000 shares, HAL - 14,300 shares, VRC - 34,000 shares. Hopefully this is some institutional nibbling, finally. Have a good weekend all.
