HI Dave... Spoke with Ken Forbes (CEO) today after close.....inquired about, revenue, severence package, potential new product, conference call, netoptimizer etc. He could not give any meaty information other than "I looked real hard at this job before I accepted, and now that I have been here 8 days I am very pleased about my decision...things are really coming together...just give me a few weeks and we'll be OK" (paraphrased) He also stated that he is making every effort to take calls himself (he took mine)...which I felt was a very good indicator about his openness and willing to take the heat....because I told him straight that I was pissed about performance and lack of communication (ccall) after dropping several bombs on investors. He said the conference call will be in next 2 weeks...Ron Maas is setting it up now.....AND he said there is another NEW product in the works...not just a new version of an existing product. Overall he accepted my heavy criticism (as opposed to making excuses) and asked that I be patient for a few more weeks. If your considering buying or selling......I would advise calling him.........(and think hard about how much cash they have).............don't take my word for it.........cause I'm LONG FWIW..Hangin Tough Rob PS>Food for thought...... When was the last time you could go the bank and buy $100 dollar bills for $75 dollars......many co's sell below book value........but below cash value (big difference) is a real gift.
