boy oh boy i go away for a couple of weeks and slam. i guess it was a good time to be away. It may be premature but i could not resist buying back some of the trading stock at these levels.......

Interesting note from the Joffe's regarding the split. So much for practicality and market timing and not good judgement on the part of management. Makes me think they may vote the split at the wrong time also. "acting in the stockholders best interest" I think the Joffe's mean the majority of shareholders which is themselves.

there goes that head and shoulders is right. the pennant rules. looks like a heart attack on a QRST complex ECG. this inverted spike is the exact opposite move i was expecting from the base line formation at 3.

although the ill-timed announced reverse split started this breakdown the recent letter news of the first profitable quarter not till Q1 1999 is a step backwards also and thus the company itself has had great play in successfully moving the stock price thu major long term support at 2.43. time to start over.

I guess it is official now we are 20% off the dow. Bear market till proven otherwise. i guess this may have dragged the price of LCAV a bit lower than it would have gone from mngt actions.

good luck to all. and i hope others have notifed mngt. of their opinions regarding this reverse split as i have that is if any are still holding this stock.
