Does anyone have more thoughts on the unexpectedly sudden departure of President and COO Beyer? The strange way it occurred, with lack of proper explanation, is the one thing keeping me from buying VLSI at these levels. I'm wary of possible cockroaches, i.e., something major that could have prompted Beyer to leave, such as yet undisclosed accounting irregularities or such. These are the kind of revelations that can grind even a value-priced stock into the dust!

Any comments would be appreciated.
