ComSolut: I believe your take on the situation is accurate. The unknown quantity here is the question of where the stock would be short-term if the market had not been taking a beating during the day of the news. My best guess is that on a normal day we might have briefly hit .50 and then pulled back to to 7/16. So things may have looked a tiny bit better. An October deal closure would certainly be a big step. I might be slightly more generous and place the money raising issue somewhere between "negative" and "unknown." At least it's a sign that they are actually trying to invest in the enterprise... or am I reaching for rose colored straws? Realizing of course that the ability to obtain the money and then pay back the money remain serious questions. Wally
