This is kind of funny in light of this week's events;
" Any recent visitor to Russia cannot fail to be impressed at the incredible positive transformation of the country's business, social and political environment. These changes are irreversible. ... we are very optimistic that Pan American has entered Russia at a pivotal time ..."

I don't think Russia ever had considerable historical production of silver.
It would be good to hear from somebody who knows, and who knows how much they have now to dump. Maybe the market was telling us 'quite a bit' today. ... cheers
