Fail what? me? My definition is my business, just like your definition is yours. Sure, there are always disputes. But my definition is pretty clear. If the law is about exchange or public resources, it is fine. But if it is about "set priority for
individuals or companies and redistribute income", it is government intervention. I believe people can make decisions for themselves and able people deserve whatever market assigns to them.

Bad example. Don't you forget shell in Europe? Russian Oil companies? It is not easy to establish true monopoly. If there is a true monopoly, I have no problem with break-up of the monopoly company since free market means free choice.
