He did not give a number for level 28. But he has said the rally will go up to 300-400 points (he said this in an email yesterday). I would post the damn thing, and someone wrote and told me how to paste email onto a message like this one, but I lost the sheet after I printed it out. I don't mind admitting my igorance!! Can anyone help? And what the hell is a "tweezer top"?
