Attention for a correction!!!!:

I contacted the same person who called me the first time and asked them again whether they were commissioned by the company or not. Once again they said yes. When I told them that Ellen knew nothing of it they said they would call me back. I accidentally tape recorded the entire two conversations as my recorder I use to give memos to my secretary happened to be on. But it is all for nought. Ellen left me a voice mail saying that there was a communication problem within Xoma. Xoma executive management DID contract this company to study whether their was a SHORTING problem here. They did not properly communicate this to her. Please cooperate with the study if given a chance.

In her first call to me, Ellen gave me a great deal of comfort regarding Xoma. She was professional and helpful. She explained the turnover problem as 2-3 actual turnovers with the rest as replacements. Further she said that she and the CFO have both acquired shares recently. Finally, she said that NO ONE that she knows of has been selling within the last 6 months.

Clearly EVERYTHING depends on the FDA. This is a lottery ticket - we win or we lose. Given my discussions with Ellen , I feel comfortable holding my position.
