four possibilities 1. the management believes the long term assets will be worth more in the long run. The question is do they see a trend? 2. They will take current offer. 3. They will take a higher offer. 4. They sell off parts for an a price between 2. and 3. I think 4. because IMO they want a vote to stall and they seem to have aquired lots of shares quickly and probably don't want to sit on too long term. JMO
