Sean wow, thanks for the response. are your fingers alright after all that typing. ;0) I received the 2.0 version dated 8-25-98 on the disk. wouldn't this already have the fixes on it? I am using smart charts in MS. have successfully integrated data from AOL into the Reuters data that I have with a few headaches but nothing major. Data backed up and I am ready to dive in..... wish me luck Let me get something straight here. The metastock smart charts are not affected by re-creating the data. so I could delete all the present data and use the QP2 data to reload? thanks david
