Thank you for the well wishes.

You are so correct that the well wishes and caring can transcend over the internet and bonds be created. Today I received two bouquets of flowers....one was from people I have never met who are in the daytrading room I frequent. The card said, "From your family in MTrader". I really have had support and encouragement and prayers from many whose faces I have never seen.

I cannot minimize how much this means. I have met many people in person that I have met online. I used to host chats for art, music, and gym teachers in the NEA Online chat rooms. I hosted for the Motley Fool. I worked for a time for the Personal Finance area of AOL. With all of that, and folks I've met here and in other forums, I am truly blessed with a multitude of friends. I can truthfully say that I have never met a person whom I had met online that disappointed me. Some were amusing, but not disappointing. Only one was disgusting.

This is the positive side. The negative side is that there are always those who seek to carry out their personal agendas. Some people just want to play games in hopes of nailing a spouse! And, as we know, that list can go on and on. This can make things rather hard when it comes to issues of trust. So we always need to be on guard. But those who I've known over time are the ones I really count on.

I am beginning to get some answers. Some were surprises and some not what I wanted to hear. But they are answers. I'm going to be here a couple days longer than I planned. I've won some pretty ugly battles with lupus before and there is no reason I cannot again. :)

So thank you to all for the support. You are the salt of the earth. And have a great weekend.
